The BSA is about 20 years behind on this one. Remember also the BSA policy
may not always follow the law or what is best. LNT has been adopted by all
federal land managers.
The BSA wilderness policy is 20 years behind the times. LNT is the leader
in camping and will be absolute in most places soon. Those of us who which
to equip the youth for the next century attempt to stay current on some of
these things. History is great and has a place, however, times change.

Where is Leave No Trace written as Boy Scout policy?
It is not in any training that I have had; Fast Start or Scoutmastership
I'm not against it; I just think there should be a basis for accusing
someone of violating Boy Scout "Policy."
