We are a troop of 58 scouts now. About two years we purchased by luck a used
Wells Fargo brand trailer. It's been great allowing us to load up troop equip.
(store some in it) on our meeting night and sometimes personal equipment
depending on the event. This makes a quicker get away on the day of the event.
However for some events we felt we needed a larger open trailer that would be
adaptable (canoes, bikes, moving gear into our week long summer camp, parades,
logs for pioneering projects at camporees, etc) so we have taken a large
trailer with a heavy steel box that was given to us and are making it into a
approx. 8' x 16' flat trailer with wooden sides. Should be ready by summer
camp Aug. 2.
It is our understanding that the person pulling the trailer insurance policy
would apply (at least in this state) We could be wrong but that's our
Hope it helps
