As a Rifle MB Councilor I say the boy must have 5 targets that meet the
minimum score. This does not mean 5 targets in a row but 5 all together.
Just like the 3 shot groups it may take 15 or 20 or more tries to get 5
that meet the criteria. This is how I handle this requirement.
