Our troop have very fews ASMs (perhaps two or three) + several JASMs.
We sign all adults up as MCs (we have about 15). That way we have no
problem with getting BORs taken care of. Just because was are
registered as MCs doesn't mean we are not completely active in the troop
in a support capacity for the SM and ASM.
