As I understand it, the recent decisions make it easier for the complainant
to sue the employer for damages over the harassment, even if they dont know
about it and have training/policies/procedures in place to attempt to deal
The bad thing is, all the less than above board stuff that goes on in this
arena just makes it harder for a legitimate claim to be heard and dealt
with. The recent changes dont help that at all IMO.
