This raises a different slant on the same question.
What if the pack encourages resident camp. new wolves
and new bears go to one session, and Webelos attend a different
session, at least that's how it goes here.
But if an adequate or better percentage of the youth attend the
resident camp session for their level with their dens, it seems to me
count as a summer activity.
We also sponsor a non-camp June activity, this year a wilderness area
clean-up morning, because some youth don't care to camp at this age or
are not ready for overnights away from home in tents yet.
But in my mind, and I hope I'm not wrong, either attending resident
camp with the den or
participating in clean up event, and for some youth it was both,
should count as the June activity.
