In the packs that I have served, we always counted Cub Day Camp as an
activity -- primarily because we organized and attended camp as a pack.
The pack committee and other leadership emphasized that all dens attend,
thus we could use it. Webelos resident camp is only for one group of
the pack and would not qualify. In my current council, day camp
participation is on an individual registration, rather than group. I'm
not sure it would meet the expectations of the Summertime award.
