This is a volunteer run organization. By congressional charter. The
Executives only have the power vested in them by the volunteers. This does
not mean you as a volunteer can tell the Exec what to do, only throughout
the process, volunteers control the boat. We all seem to forget that.
Rarely do the Chartered organizations exercise their power, but they can.
The safety valve for the Exec, is it would require a lot of churches and
groups to communicate to make any council changes.
If we individually, cannot be self policing, how can we train the youth to
be so. If you don't like what you are reading hit the delete key. If you
don't understand ask questions. If you disagree hit reply to the group. If
you disagree and fell it should be private hit reply. But do not try and
tell me what I should or should not be reading.
