As usual, I need help :)
My son is starting to work on his Citizenship in the Nation merit badge.
One of the requirements is to visit a federal building, the Nation's capital,
or your state's capital.
In reading the merit badge book, it indicates that a courthouse or postoffice
We have a county courthouse in the next city, but I don't think this is
a *federal* court.
For the postoffice, it states a regional postoffice. Is this the same
thing as the postoffice in our town? I looked in the phone book and don't
see any postoffice in the surrounding area (didn't check Dallas) which states
a postoffice is a regional office. Same with courthouses. I didn't see
any that specified they were a federal courthouse.
Please, no flames. I'm just trying to understand the requirement so we
can see what we need to do.
