I am now certain of two things. The first one is you have
some point to make about the BSA. The second one is that I
have no idea what you are trying to prove. Your last post
went all over the map about changes and money but, except to
you, it was the epitome of the obtuse.
Take it that my IQ is in the dull normal range and
make an attempt at a cogent statement of what you wish to
improve, change, oppose, whatever in the BSA.
