Don't let us scare you off! I still think the newsletter is a wonderful
tool. At least parents can't say they don't know about upcoming events!
At any rate, throw your ideas out to the Scouts and see how they react.
The best thing that can happen is you have an enthusiastic response and
a "newsletter team". The worst thing that can happen is no response at
all. I think even if it started as a good thing and fizzled out a few
months down the road the boys would still have gained some valuable
experience. I know I have!!
