To stir the pot a little - How many of you would allow a scout at summer
camp to earn both First Aid and Emergency Prepardness at the same time?
IMO, as long as the boy finishes First Aid prior to finishing Emergency
Preparedness I see know problem. Just cause a requirement is listed as
Requirement #1 doesn't mean it has to be completed before the others.
Again, just stiring the pot and seeing what people think.
