Where would one find the rules referenced below regarding "late" Board of
reviews for boy's approaching 18, We have an Eagle candidate coming down to the
wire and I'd like to make sure my ignorance didn't stand in his way!
I have understood that the review could be after he turns 18 (assuming other
requirements met before 18) but find no references to procedure in the
requirements book or the Eagle application.
