Why do you feel it is not fair that only some of the scouts have chairs?
It seems that all scouts have the oppurtunity to bring them. If they don't
bring a chair, its their own fault. In our troop the scouts are told they
are to bring their own chairs and if they don't they sit on a log or ground.
Also if the chairs are not put in front of their tents before lights out, they
are confiscated and not allowed to have them for 4 hours the next day.
