For a real treat for corn on the cob, try ROAST corn, not the steamed corn you
have seen posted here. Just place the peeled corn on a grill or even directly
on the coals. Turn when it becomes a golden brown. Eat.
You will find roast corn on the cob has a completely different taste from
steamed corn. But much better!
