Your problem is that the clipart files are fairly small images, just not
alot of bits to begin with. It does not matter whether you use a mac or
a PC, they don't scale up. Your best bet is to try to find the image in
a printed form and rescan it. I have done this for a number of items,
such as rank badges for example, when I can find a printed version in a
BSA document or manual. So, you might try to locate a person with a
scanner and take the image to them to scan it in at a high resolution.
Scaling down is easy, scaling up is just fat bits.
