Possibly the most unfortunate thing about "Corporate Scouting" is that the
Scouts in the unit will believe that this is how management should be and that
will be a most important example as they become managers in the future. So we
will be training another generation of "by the numbers" managers rather than
the thoughtful, personal, individualized guidance which a good Scoutmaster or
great leader can provide.
