On my screen, the loops are red, not blue. Secondly, rifle shooting
under the auspices of the NRA for BOY Scouts is not new, even when it
takes place at their convention. Thirdly, neither the NRA or the Troop
the boy belongs to has any control over what CNN puts on their web
page. CNN most likely is ignorant of our rules, saw the boy as only a
boy, etc. OTOH, they might think this will serve to create a rucus. I
doubt that CNN has the NRA's or BSA's best interests at heart.
