Here's my question. Am I reading your posting correctly? Do you have 7 Life
Scouts who have jointly created one Eagle project, with all 7 participating,
but only 1 leading? If so, how on earth did they get that past the Eagle
Or are there 7 Scouts working, but 7 projects and these same 7 rotate
leadership in each project, and if this is the case is your Eagle Board aware
of it, and did they have any trouble with that?
Or am I just reading your posting wrong?
