You should take the job if you can learn the following:
Don't be afraid to look silly.
Don't be afraid to do goofy things, you would not otherwise do.
Don't be afraid to sing loudly.
Don't be afraid to laugh and to have fun.
Don't be afraid to be laughed at.
Being Cubmaster can be the most enjoyable job in Scouting. But it is not
