I wrote to Mark privately but now that the thread is up and running I'll
put in my .02:
1. Hot soapy wash.
2. COLD chlorine rinse - hot water disperses the chlorine
3. Very hot final rinse - dip bag is best
We use the 5gal galvanized buckets so you can just set them on the fire or
on a big propane burner. We also put out a plastic dishtub and a spatula
for scraping food into before starting the washing procedure.
