That was covered in my SM fundamentals course. They said to use a
commercial grade ziplock bag, because the home grade bags will melt. then
just break an egg or two into the bag, along with cheese, Cooked bacon or
sausage and whatever else you want to have in your omelet (Be sure
everything but the egg is precooked), then keep chilled, or freeze. When
ready to cook, just put the bag into boiling water until the eggs are done.
