As with many of the ceremonies, this is really a Pack preference. While =
some packs do hold on to awards to be able to award a rank to an entire =
den, or to award the AoL at the bridging ceremony, I have always held =
the belief that the Scout should receive the badge at the next meeting =
after he has earned it. He has worked hard and deserves recognition.
