Bob, try a post in rec.scouting.misc, which (despite the somewhat
misleading name) is the newsgroup focused on international Scouting.
There've been periodic threads about such gear, which has been in
relatively recent (if not current) use in several other nations and for
which I believe there may be a supply source.
Be aware of terminology, though: to many, a "brush" is what you use to
clean a dirty hat, so be sure to describe what you're looking for in the
manner you did above.
