We use a monkey bridge, set it up right in the front of the hall during a
short break in the action betweeen Cub recognition/advancement awards and the
actual crossover. The Scouts carry in the four large poles, line, and rope...
the TCC gives a short spiel on how parental involvement is key to Scout
achievement... the parents and the about-to-cross-over W2's ooh and ahh...
while the Scouts build the bridge (see Pioneering MB book)...and then we do
it. VERY impressive! Stores in a box and a pile of poles, nothin' to it.
