I Concur with John Gasink. Variety makes the boy more of a man. My own
Eagle son is now working on his silver Palm. For his gold palm he did
Pottery, Wilderness Survival,Home repairs, Electronics, and Space
Exploration. He is planning to do Hiking Backpacking, Engineering,
Computers and Astronomy for his silver. He currently has the most
nights camping (among the boys), Most miles Backpacked (Same) and
sencond most miles canoeing/Kayaking.He is also a PADI certified Scuba
Diver. He is excitedly looking forward to his third Jamboree as a
participant. He is dual enrolled in Explorers and wants to become an
Electrical or Electronic Engineer.
