I've often wondered whether these companies read the waivers after they have
been returned. My son went on a trip to the US Navy Facility at San
Clemente Island. They had a similiar "No Responsibility" waiver. I struck
through all the offending parts, and added a few lines of my own. My son
went, based on the new contract, and had a great time.
