I went to the Philadelphia Inquirer web site
and got the article along with the pictures. It is a great article.
Stan asked if anyone was bothered by the term "African American Boy
I noticed on the Inquirer's web site that the article was part of a special
Black History Month section. This suggests that the paper would not have
printed the article if it had not been for Black History Month. That would
have been a shame because the article has great merit for any month of
the year and deserves to be printed on its own merit.
While I'm not happy that the Inquirer appears to have run the article only
because it involves an African American Boy Scout unit, ya' gotta be
happy for publicity this great any way we can get it.
