Scout Sunday bulletin writups

Does anyone have or have thoughts on a cubmaster "graduation" ceremony. I
did my homework by checking Macscouter and USSSP (of course I could have
missed it as I went off on so many wonderful tangents).
If I can't find one I will be writing a "Painted Cubmaster Ceremony". I
would like to know if anyone would volunteer to read and add to (co-write?)
this ceremony. Humor is definately in order for or cubmaster...also want
it to be inspirational to other POTENTIAL/FUTURE leaders in audience (like
my tiger parents).

Red is for the blood, sweat and tears you have given us over the years...
Red is also for bloodshot eyes when you have stayed up late working on
handouts, charters and all the paperwork involved...
Green is for the money you have unselfishly spent on our pack and our boys

we will probably end the ceremony by two webelos slowly, deliberatly and
with "stage drama" sneaking up from behind the "unsuspecting" cubmaster
(allowing the audience to hoot and holler) and dumping a gatorade cooler
(like the NFL), filled with confetti, over him.
