Jenni, the FIRST thing you need to do is to go to Cub Scout Leader Basic
Training. There are a couple of clues in your note that tell me you
haven't completed this or that you didn't absorb what was presented.
(This is NOT a flame, just an observation.)
As Committee Chairman, you should have been involved in the registration
process. You should also attend Roundtables and other District events.
At the very least, this would result in you having the information and
you could spread it to others. Also, as CC, you are part of a group of
people who can decide whether the CUBmaster needs to be replaced.
Training will give you more details on job descriptions, available help
and possibilities. Call your local Scout office and get information on
