Scouts-L is a terrific resource, but, respectfully, it's the wrong
resource for this particular inquiry.
BSA has very specific youth protection guidelines which are REQUIRED
to be followed. They are available from your local council, it written
form and in the form of training videotapes. They are not matters of
opinion, which is all any of us on this list can offer.
This is one instance where you need the official BSA line, not the
collective wisdom of this list.
