I went to an Eagle COH a couple of weeks ago. His mom told me that his
approval was delayed because his BOR date for Star had been 2 days too
early, or 2 days before having been First Class for 4 months. The
Advancement Chair had to write a letter explaining that they had had his
BOR on Saturday so he could be recognized as a Star scout at the Monday
