Yikes! My monitor has burn marks!
For the record, to all who responded, **I think the scout should have
been in uniform, too!**
But at least he had an intelligent, reasoned excuse for not wearing it,
so we felt that that we should give him the benefit if the doubt, even
though his opinion differed from mine. We aren't in business to
deny the award to deserving scouts, after all. I love seeing a
scout who can think, even if at 18 their opinions can seem as dumb
as some of mine probably did at that age.
