There has been some confusion on the Personal Management requirements. The new
requirements were scheduled to go into effect in September. National Supply ran
out of the old PM pamphlets and sent out some of the new ones. Then they failed
to get the new Requirements Book out on time (or yet). Result is both sets of
requirements are out there and National has said either can be used.
Officially, the 1996-1997 Requirements Book is the latest word.
Personally, I would check with the local council and see how the situation is
being handled there.
