I once again need your help. We want to start a color guard in our pack
but we don't know how. I have read the Standard and Formal ceremonies in
Staging Den and Pack Ceremonies but it doesn't tell me everything I need
The things we think we need to know are:
How do we get the boys turned around so they are facing the audience once
we get them to the front of the room? Do we just have them turn around
or is there a certian way to turn them?
Where do the flag bearers stand and where do the guards stand?
What is the minimum and maximum number of boys we need to do this?
How do we get the boys to turn a corner? Do we give them commands or do
they just do it on their own?
Do they march or just walk in sync?
Plus anything else you think we might need to know.
Is there a book or website we can turn to for help?
This is a new idea for us and we want to make sure we do it right.
Proper respect for the flag is important and we don't want to mess this
Thank you for helping us. My pack is beginning to see this roundtable as
a valuable resource. I've known it for a long time, they just don't
always listen to me the first time around. When will they ever learn?
