I know one district who has an Outstanding Cub Scout Leader and Outstanding
Boy Scout leader award. Each pack and troop can designate one person each
year who will receive the award at the district recognition dinner. The other
leaders from the unit are strongly encouraged to attend to be with the leader
When promoted well, this built a lot of interest and attention.
