materials! Now, could you clarify the use of the "commissioned officers"
reference in your quote? The distinction was made or suggested in an
earlier post between "commissioned" leaders (i.e., SM and ASM's) on the
one hand, and the other unit Scouters (i.e. committee members) on the
other. Does BSA make such a unit-level distinction, or (as I read your
quote) is the ditinction between the BSA brass and us mere mortals? ;-)
No great point to make or support, just curious.
