Concerning uniforming, references, and trivia:
Okay, lets try this: if you wear the uniform, wear it correctly.
Any committee person does not ever have to wear it (much less own
one) in the performance of their duties. They may wear it as their
are many Badges of Office available. Understand that if they elect
to attend Wood Badge, for example, they would have to be in uniform
for the course as mandated. Note that, as a participant, they are
not performing their committee duties at that time, even though it
may be their primary registration. Everybody with me?
It's time we had a Facts of Scouting talk. My next one will be out
in Ames after the Monday night NOAC show. You guys and gals up for
Wood Badge in '98, Bruce?
