Gary Burkhardt correctly corrected my posting:

That's okay, Gary...if I'm wrong, I'm wrong...I don't have my Leadership
booklet handy, and to *me* it doesn't make sense to have the Scoutmaster to
earn both Scouters' Training Award AND the Scoutmaster Award of Merit, but
if it's there...*smiling*
This is really a inconsistancy with other parts of the same booklet...the
one in which I'm sure it states when talking about training awards that
"tenure used for a key cannot be used for a training award" (not sure of the
exact wording....but I'm sure it comes pretty close).
Thanks, though.... I've revised what I posted earlier:
Scoutmasters earn in this progression currently the Scoutmaster Award of
Merit, *the Boy Scout Leaders' Training Award* and then the Key. Assistant
Scoutmasters earn the Training Award.
Thank you again, Gary....
