I would consider *why* he looks this way. For some families I've known just
being more-or-less clean & neat is a major accomplishment--don't even
mention ironing. And a MB sash may be more than they can handle (either
monitarily or organizationally). I don't think it's required, anyway.
I like the look of Scouts in full uniform as much as anybody but we're
dealing with real kids & real families here, not Ken dolls. It's what's
inside the uniform that counts, not how well-pressed it is.
