" Junior Assistant Scoutmaster
He is a Scout at least 16 yrs. old who supervises and supports other
boy leaders as assigned, and may work as an instructor. A troop may have
more that one junior assistant scoutmaster. One his 18th birthday the
junior assistant Scoutmaster will be eligible to become an assistant
Scoutmaster (BSA 46)"
