Our Troop Committee meets the first Wednesday of the month, except July and
August. The PLC meets the day before the Troop Committee, and the SM or an ASM
presents a report of the PLC, as well as a SM report. Other than those, we
follow a fairly standard agenda, with any review of minutes, treasurer's report,
committee/special function reports, old business, new business. By meeting the
day after the PLC, we are able to take care of any issues from the PLC that need
Committee action. The meetings usually last one to one and a half hours.
