Our pack runs in a similar fashion. I have brought many ideas to the =
Cubmaster's attention (ie a penny bazaar, pancake supper, pack =
campout....) The list goes on and on. Usually our pack committee likes =
my ideas but no one will volunteer to "run" with an idea. I try to =
volunteer to do a couple of games and skit each year at pack meetings. =
The problem is I am very busy running my own den and keeping that =
organized. I did convince the pack (with the help of others) to have a =
swim night in the summer and an end of the year cookout. Every little =
Try making suggestions at committee meetings for fun things to do and =
be prepared to "show" everyone how to have an interesting pack meeting. =
Volunteer to organize a future pack meeting and see the response.
The problem with trying to change how a pack is run, you may end up as =
Cubmaster. Be prepared and good luck!
