The menu sounds great. But, if you really want some ideas, here are some
I've seen elsewhere.
Baked potatoes with lots of toppings.
Barbeque or "Sloppy Joes". Supplement with baked beans and commercially
prepared Potato Salad shipped in from a nearby deli.
Make Sunday a brunch instead of breakfast and lunch.
Have units prepare one or two meals on site.
