How about Rock Cornish game hens roasted in a Dutch Oven? Put some new
potatoes, carrots, and onions in with them. Or you could roast the hens
on a spit.
Another favorite of mine is shish kabob (steak, new potatoes, Bell
peppers, tomato wedges, onion, mushrooms, whatever veggies you like
skewered and cooked on a grill). Are you tired of steak? Substitute
shrimp basted with lemon-butter, M-m-m-m-M!
How about stir fry with white or brown rice?
Go to Gary Hendra's Macscouter site <http://www.macscouter.com/> and
Steve Tobin's Netwoods Virtual Campsite
<http://www.isd.net/stobin/index.html> for lots of good recipes. I'm
sure there are others, but it will take a few years to work all the way
through these two! :)
