Hello Fellow Scouters!
I would like to take a minute to introduce myself. My name is Todd
Kottke and I am the Scoutmaster for a troop that I started in Cedarburg,
Wisconsin in 1994. It was started from a group of 5 boys that were about
11 years old. Today we have 31 boys.
I married into scouting. My wife earned the Gold Award in Girl Scouts,
my Brother-in-Law is an Eagle Scout, My Mother-in-Law is the district
training chair, and finally my Father-in-law and boss (married into the
family business too) was district commissioner and program coordinator
for our Council's Outdoor Skills Instructor course.
I attended Bay-Lakes Council (North West Wisconsin) Wood Badge in 1994
(C-17-94) and was a proud member of the White Buffalo Patrol. I have
also attended our Council's OSI this past summer.
As with any new troop we have had growth pains as we have grown. I will
be submitting various questions to the List regarding these issues.
Thanks for all your help
