I've almost completed my WB ticket (yahoo!). Now I'm turning my
thoughts to how my beading ceremony should be conducted. I've seen some
simple ones conducted at my District's Roundtables. You know,
embarrassed candidate stands up in front of everyone assembled; a couple
of old hands place WB scarf, woggle, and beads over candidate's old
neckerchief; candidate's old neckerchief is slipped off and handed to
candidate's significant other; and then the Wood Badge members in the
audience join the newly beaded party in singing "Back to Gilwell".
Is that it? Gee, I hope not.
Won't some of you creative folk's help me find something more memorable?
