We all (Scouters) serve _at_the_pleasure_ of the Troop Committee. No
one has the *right* or *automatically* serves a Troop. If your
committee feels uncomfortable with having these guys serve, just don't
invite them. You CANNOT, though, prevent them from coming to meetings
as interested citizens and parents. If they interfere in any way,
however, you can then ask them politely to leave.
Good luck, keep us posted on the outcome.
