The Eagle Palm Application must be completed, signed, Boarded and posted to
the Council Service Center just like the first three. This gives the Scout
the "recognition" and the Palm combination to wear the Silver and Bronze
Palm for 41; the Silver and Gold Palm for 46; two Silver Palms for 51; and
two Silver and a Bronze for 56.
The additional palms are presented during Courts of Honor just like the rest
of the Scout Advancement.
Remember that the Eagle Palms are ADVANCEMENT, and they must be listed on
the Advancement Report as well as the application completed and sent to the
local Council every three months for the additional palm.
Also remember that there's additional requirements including a leadership
requirement which is part of the work to earn the additional palm.
