The "other gender" also wears a blazer and tie, but they have the option of
wearing grey slacks or a grey skirt.
The "tie" by the way, is a wraparound one, red, silver and blue.
Don't forget that the main thing that separate the "outfit" from "the
uniform" is the addition of an emblem representing the BSA or a program area.
